In 1977, I formed the Témpano group with Gerardo Ubieda, which was considered the first Progressive Rock group in the country. In 1979, Atabal Yemal was released, the first record of Témpano that was reissued on CD with a Bonus Track 20 years later, then a contract was signed with La Discoteca Records and Endless Nightmare record was recorded in 1980. In 1981, I traveled to the United States with a scholarship by a banking institution in Venezuela to study English in Minessota until 1982. Back in Venezuela, I founded, together with Julio Cesar Dellanoce, the Atabal and Jungla Vertical groups, the latter was presented with Rick Wakeman at the Sambil amphitheater in 2000 in Caracas. Parallel to the groups I established a method of learning classical guitar for the youngest and intermediate levels consolidating an innovative system for the execution of this instrument. I have composed more than 200 pieces between 80 and 90, many of them are on Tempano, Internet and You tube records. The reissue of Atamal Yemal from Vinyl to Digital marks the meeting of the group after 20 years of separation from its original formation in the progressive style that was and is the essence of Tempano, all this upon request of the Frebch recording company Musea Records, one of the most emblematic to what Progressive Rock is referred to worldwide, signing a contract for 5 CDs since 1999. From 2009 to the month of last April I worked for the company Acusticpro CA specialized in Audio, Video, Acoustics and Lighting as Experimental Professional Musician of Special Sessions for the Control of Reverberated Spaces for Acoustic Analysis and Noise Control. At the end of 2014 and all of 2015, Tempano met in the United States and we recorded our last and current album Nowhere Nowhere that was released in 2016.
